Bowax Academy's Polishing Training is a six-day, hands-on course in car polishing and paint correction. Participants learn to remove scratches and surface defects, correct and restore paint gloss, apply ceramic coating and use rotary, orbital and dual-action machines — on real vehicles.

Polishing is one of the foundation skills of car care: surface preparation skills support correct PPF, ceramic coating and other applications.
Training format
- Training runs on a weekly cycle: a new class opens every week for every course, starting on Monday and finishing on Saturday.
- Training hours are 09:00–18:00, Monday to Saturday.
- Around 90% of the time is hands-on practice on real vehicles; theory and practice run together.
- Classes are limited to 3 participants so that every participant works on the vehicle.
- Work clothing, lunch, and the products and equipment used in training are provided by the Academy at no extra charge.
- Every participant receives a separate Bowax Academy certificate for each course completed.
- No prior experience is required; professionals who want to improve their skills can join the same programs.
- The minimum age is 15; participants aged 15–17 need the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
After the training
After completing the training, participants can:

Where does the training take place?
At the Bowax Academy training center in Gebze, Kocaeli, Türkiye (Sultan Orhan, Yeni Bağdat Cd. No:526, 41400 Gebze/Kocaeli). All courses are delivered at this single center.
I live abroad. Can I attend?
Yes — participants from 17+ countries have trained at the Academy. Free, optional dormitory-style accommodation is available for standard program participants. Please contact the training team before applying to discuss travel and language needs.
